First Responder Program
Many public services personnel are on call 24 hours/7 days a week for emergency situations. They are always putting public safety first. The BurksGroup Emergency Roadside Service Discount Club Special Rates applies to this special group of ‘First Responders’. Please complete the section for ‘First Responders’ during your registration and choose your benefit plan from this price schedule.
Police
BurksGroup Emergency Roadside Assistance Discount Club – First Responder Off-Duty Program offers our law enforcement officers, men and women to include their immediate household family when off-duty an opportunity to receive our first responder service.
Your quick response, as First Responders to the dangerous situation only deserve to be rewarded! We will prioritize your place when you call as a “Top Priority’ while in your private vehicle and you need immediate assistance.

Firefighters and Volunteer Firefighters
We respect your effort and understand time is of the essence when you conduct your civil service to the public as a ‘First Responders’. BurksGroup Emergency Roadside Services Discount Club offers off-duty fire fighters priority response during their personal vehicular disablement.

Active Military Personnel
Active military personnel are our ‘First Responders’ and the BurksGroup Emergency Roadside Services Discount Club offers any active military personnel driving their own vehicles priority response service during their personal vehicular disablement. Required proof of active status must be provided at the time of enrollment. Active Duty: home on leave, traveling back and forth to assigned stations and base.

Doctors and Nurses
We salute our medical professions and hold them in the highest esteem as ‘First Responders’. All non-retired doctors and nurses enroute to their medical facility shall receive priority services when traveling to work.
BurksGroup Emergency Roadside Services Discount Club requires all eligible medical personnel to complete all required information on the registration form (please review Medical Professional Policy).
Senior Citizens Program
BurksGroup Emergency Roadside Service Discount Club, senior citizens program is for individuals aged 60 years & older.
We offer special rates with your budget in mind and place emphasis on our motto: It is “Not Safe” to Wait! This program offers you peace of mind that your vehicle will be towed to your requested destination (See Policies pertaining to our senior program).
Person With Disability
Individuals who have been classified by their physician as having a medical disability that falls under the guidelines and directives of the State of their Residence and American Disability Act; and meeting the statutory classification as prescribed by their state classification of disability may be eligible for the BurksGroup Rate Reduction program. All person who is legal guardians has Power of Attorney for HealthCare, parents, sibling, and their children in the immediate care of the disabled person may apply for reduced rates for the individual (See Disability Policies).
